To register and use the services 9ks, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. 9ks reserves the right to reject or suspend any registration that does not comply with these terms.

• You must be aged at least 18 years of age at the date of registration. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform.
• You are an individual registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not located in a region or country that prohibits participation in online gaming activities.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 9ks platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False information may result in immediate account termination.

• Do not share your password or account information with anyone, including family members or friends.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether carried out by you or not.

All financial transactions on the platform 9ks subject to the following policy. We support a variety of local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and DuitNow for your convenience.

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. The maximum deposit limit depends on the chosen payment method.
• All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account within minutes.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes once the application is approved. No processing fees are charged by 9ks.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• The weekly cashback promotion is calculated based on net losses over a 7-day period and is credited every Monday.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

• Threats & Harassment: Any form of threats, abuse, or harassment directed at 9ks staff or other players will not be tolerated.

9ks reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account for specific reasons. Members may also request to close their own account at any time.

• 9ks reserves the right to close an account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, terms violation, or suspicious activity.
• In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, the remaining account balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.
• Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account settings menu or by contacting customer support.
• Following voluntary closure, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member within 3–5 business days.
• Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) cannot be reopened before the designated period has ended.

Platform 9ks provided on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted service, there are liability limitations that all members should understand.

• 9ks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.
• We do not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from technical disruptions, although we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime.
• 9ks is not responsible for the content of third-party websites that may be linked from our platform.
• The maximum liability of 9ks to any member shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.
